Can I create bills without internet?
Yes, after signing in and opening billing online on the published website. Cached products and queued bills stay on that device; reconnect with the app open to sync.
Does scanning always find the price?
Your saved stock price is used first. External product names/photos and shared price suggestions may be available, but missing products need manual details and every suggested price should be checked.
Can voice confirm payment or print?
No. Voice can add matching items and stock entries; staff must check the bill, record actual payment and initiate printing.
Will my printer work in any browser?
Direct printing depends on compatible hardware, device adapters and browser support. Choose Print Preview explicitly if direct printing is unavailable.
Does reprinting reduce stock again?
Reprint from the existing saved receipt. It reuses the record instead of creating another sale or stock deduction.
Is opening a UPI QR proof of payment?
No. Staff must verify the transfer and record the amount actually collected.
Are plans monthly and yearly?
The pricing page shows the currently available monthly and yearly catalogue, with its configured features and limits. Registration follows platform approval settings.
Does POS include customer QR ordering?
No. This product focuses on counter billing, stock, Khata and business records. Customer menu ordering, Google Reviews and delivery marketplace are not included.
