Who can request
Business owners, staff and customers can request deletion of their personal data. Contact the business that collected your customer details to request changes to its records.
What happens
We verify the request using your registered phone or email, then delete or anonymise your data within 30 days. Tax invoices required by law are kept but the personal details are removed where allowed.
